Job :
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Monitor vehicles in real-time via the GPS system
Check routes, stops, driving times, and report any anomalies
Reconcile consumption with GPS data
Develop dashboards and reports related to GPS tracking
Alert management in case of anomalies (overconsumption, route deviations, unauthorized stops, etc.)
Collaborate with drivers, the operations department, and the maintenance department to optimize fleet performance
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and participate in the continuous improvement of tracking and control tools
Required profile :
• Associate's degree (Bac+2) to Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Logistics, Transport, Management, or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the transport and logistics sector
• Good command of computer tools, especially Excel, as well as GPS geolocation platforms and fleet management software
• Good ability to analyze data and write reports
