Job :
Reporting to management, you will take charge of the design and monitoring of high-end interior design projects, from the initial sketch to delivery. In this role, you will:
- Design high-end interior design projects, in line with clients' aesthetic and functional expectations
- Manage client relationships and lead project presentations
- Coordinate design offices and companies working on construction sites
- Oversee the proper execution of construction sites until their delivery
- Manage and support a team of junior architects
Required profile :
Profile sought
- Graduate of a Higher School of Art or Interior Architecture
- 10 to 15 years of experience on exceptional residential or high-end hotel projects (5*/Palace)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, and SketchUp
- Strong sense of luxury, combined with good Moroccan cultural knowledge
- Position open to Moroccan and foreign candidates
