Job :

Welcome and guide patients.
Manage the administrative details of patient files.
Handle appointments and provide administrative follow-up.
Coordinate with medical teams.
Respond to patient requests and help them with their procedures.
Ensure procedures and confidentiality are respected.

Required profile :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Secretary, Medical Assistance, Management, or a similar field.
Some experience in the medical field is preferred.
Good command of French and computer tools.
Excellent welcoming skills and good interpersonal skills.
