Join our dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector as a Medical Assistant. Based in RABAT, you will play a key role in the organization and smooth running of administrative and medical activities, while ensuring a quality welcome and optimal patient care.
You will actively contribute to the efficiency of the patient journey, the coordination of medical activities, and the maintenance of a high level of service quality. As a true link between patients, practitioners, and various stakeholders, you will participate in the smooth running of consultations and the administrative follow-up of medical records.
Your main tasks will include:
- Welcome, guide, and inform patients on-site and by phone.
Manage appointments and ensure the organization of practitioners' schedules.
- Create, update, and follow up on patient medical records in compliance with confidentiality.
- Ensure the administrative management of consultations and medical documents.
- Coordinate communication between doctors, patients, laboratories, and other health professionals.
- Prepare consultations and ensure the smooth running of the patient journey.
- Enter and update data on medical management software.
- Carry out administrative follow-up, billing, and procedures related to patient files.
- Manage medical supplies and ensure the smooth administrative operation of the facility.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reception quality and patient satisfaction.
Required profile :
To excel in this role of Medical Assistant, a Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) is required. Training in healthcare professions, medical administration, or paramedical fields would be highly appreciated.
A first experience of at least 1 year in a medical environment (practice, clinic, health center) is desired to ensure good integration and understanding of the sector's challenges.
