Assistant Import Manager - Casablanca

Job :

Ensure daily monitoring of import stocks and orders.
Track orders with foreign suppliers, from shipment to reception.
Ensure monitoring of delivery times and quantities ordered.
Ensure the transmission and compliance of documents necessary for customs clearance.
Ensure coordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and various stakeholders.
Daily track customs clearance files and intervene in case of incident or delay.
Ensure monitoring of transit, customs clearance, and transport costs in coordination with the finance department.
Check quantities and quality of goods upon receipt.
Identify and report any anomalies, discrepancies, or problems related to received goods.
Update monitoring, control, and performance tracking tables.
Ensure good coordination with Purchasing, Finance, freight forwarders, and suppliers.

Required profile :

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher with a diploma in Logistics required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Experience in import, transit, or international logistics.
Good command of French and English.
Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
Rigor, organization, responsiveness, and follow-up skills.

Transport provided for candidates residing in particular in Aïn Sebaâ, Bernoussi, Zenata, Mohammedia and the served areas.
