Job :

Working within the Supply Chain Department, you will help monitor supply operations to ensure product availability and smooth delivery processes.

Your main tasks will be:

• Monitor stock levels and help assess supply needs.
• Prepare and track orders with suppliers.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure agreed deadlines are met.
• Check that the quantities delivered are correct and report any issues.
• Handle the administrative follow-up of orders and update dashboards.
• Be the point of contact for suppliers for order and delivery tracking.
• Participate in managing discrepancies, stockouts, and overstocks.
• Ensure internal procedures and quality and safety standards are followed.
• Collaborate with different departments (logistics, operations, warehouses) to ensure supply continuity.

Required profile :

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
