Join a major player in the metallurgy and steel / automotive sector based in Meknes. As an internal auditor, this opportunity allows you to join a dynamic structure where rigor and strategic vision are at the heart of industrial operations.
The main objective is to ensure the reliability of internal processes and to strengthen the control of operational and financial risks. Special attention is paid to optimizing organizational performance to sustainably support the company's growth.
The mission involves direct involvement in managing various tasks:
- Plan and carry out internal audits covering financial, accounting, and operational cycles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control and propose concrete improvement recommendations.
- Write summary reports detailing the discrepancies observed and corrective action plans.
- Follow up on the implementation of recommendations with the various departments.
- Actively participate in the company's risk mapping.
Required profile :
A higher education degree of Master's level (Bac+5) or higher is required, with a strong academic specialization in auditing, consulting, management, accounting, or finance.
Proven professional experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar role or within an audit firm is expected to understand the complex challenges of the industrial sector.
Technical mastery combined with a keen sense of observation will enable success in this role. The following skills are essential:
- Solid expertise in auditing standards and internal control procedures.
- Analytical and synthesis skills to formulate strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- A sense of integrity, confidentiality, and strong methodological rigor.
