Job :

Reporting directly to General Management, you will be responsible for the management, development, and retention of a portfolio of strategic clients for ReKrute.

Based in Casablanca, this Experienced Business Developer (H/F) position will allow you to work in the heart of the recruitment sector, in a dynamic, stimulating, and client-oriented environment. You will play a key role in supporting client companies, helping them to recruit better, strengthen their attractiveness, and choose the most suitable solutions for their HR challenges.

More than a sales profile, we are looking for a personality: a curious, committed, results-oriented person, with a real pleasure in advising, convincing, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Understanding your clients' needs and supporting them daily to help them recruit better.
• Advising companies on the most suitable ReKrute solutions for their recruitment and employer branding objectives.
• Developing a relationship of trust with existing clients and ensuring their loyalty.
• Prospecting new clients, by phone and in person, to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Presenting our recruitment and HR communication services, adapting your pitch to the specific needs of each client.
• Contributing to the deployment of HR and employer marketing strategies to strengthen clients' attractiveness to talent.
• Participating in the creation and updating of ReKrute's marketing and communication tools.

You will work closely with a cohesive, committed, and results-oriented team. Personalized coaching will be offered to support you in your onboarding, develop your sales skills, and strengthen your expertise in HR consulting.

Required profile :

• You have a sense of commitment and results.
• You are autonomous, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal skills and good listening abilities.
• Your ease in writing, your ability to understand client needs, and to maintain long-term relationships will enable you to succeed in this role.
• You have a taste for new technologies and a strong interest in Human Resources.
• Fluent English would be a plus.
