Job :
You will join the Purchasing teams of Azura Group to manage strategic materials purchasing. Working with internal teams and suppliers, you will help secure supplies, control costs, and develop sustainable partnerships, while respecting the Group's quality and performance requirements.
1. Operational Purchasing Management
Implement purchasing processes in line with internal strategy and procedures.
Conduct consultations and negotiations with suppliers to identify the best offers in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines.
Apply and renegotiate framework agreement conditions in coordination with the Lead Buyer.
Ensure efficient processing of requests from internal clients and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Participate in the deployment and use of Purchasing IT tools.
2. Purchasing Performance and Management
Analyze purchasing needs and estimate their financial performance based on reference prices.
Measure gains and potential losses related to purchases made.
Monitor performance indicators and provide regular reporting to the Lead Buyer.
3. Supplier Relationship Management
Oversee supplier relationships and manage day-to-day disputes.
Contribute to supplier performance evaluation and management.
Coordinate supplier evaluations with internal clients and develop corrective action plans if necessary.
Required profile :
Higher education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Purchasing and Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering, with a specialization in industrial purchasing, raw materials, or agri-food.
Professional experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a Purchasing role, ideally in an industrial, agri-food, or agricultural input-related environment.
Technical skills: Proficiency in negotiation techniques and Purchasing processes, knowledge of raw material and agricultural input markets, cost and financial performance analysis, supplier relationship management, and proficiency in Sage X3 or an equivalent ERP system.
Behavioral skills: Autonomy, rigor, integrity, self-control, results-oriented, negotiation skills, team spirit, analytical and problem-solving abilities, responsiveness, and good communication skills.
