Join a dynamic company in the medical equipment sector based in Rabat. As a Tender Officer, the main mission is to manage the process of responding to public and private tenders to ensure the growth of the company's market share.
The central objective is to ensure constant and rigorous commercial monitoring to identify strategic opportunities while structuring competitive technical and financial responses to win the most promising contracts.
Daily activities within the team include:
- Active monitoring of public tender publication platforms.
- Detailed analysis of tender documents to verify compliance with medical equipment requirements.
- Preparation and writing of technical proposals in close collaboration with sales teams.
- Complete administrative management of applications and follow-up of responses until market awards.
Required profile :
Higher education (Bachelor's degree +3) in the medical or paramedical field is required to understand the technical challenges of the devices offered.
Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is necessary to master the specifics of tender procedures.
Proficiency in administrative processes and excellent writing skills are essential. Key skills sought are:
- High level of accuracy in handling files.
- Sharp analytical skills for tender specifications.
- Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with product experts.
