In the heart of the dynamic metallurgy/automotive sector in Meknès, a stimulating opportunity arises to join a team dedicated to operational excellence. As an Invoicing Officer, the main mission is to ensure the reliability of the sales cycle and the rigorous follow-up of financial flows related to the company's industrial activities.
The central objective is to perfectly master the invoicing chain to ensure exemplary administrative fluidity. This role aims to secure collection through increased accuracy of issued documents while optimizing after-sales service to maintain a lasting relationship of trust with industrial partners.
Daily work within the department involves various tasks requiring rigor and organization:
- Preparation and processing of customer invoices within contractual deadlines.
- Systematic checks of purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure invoice compliance.
- Active management of payment follow-up and resolution of any disputes.
- Smooth interface with production and logistics departments for accurate updating of commercial data.
- Responsive administrative support for the after-sales service to process customer claims.
Required profile :
A higher education qualification of Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year associate's degree) is required to successfully understand the financial challenges of this position.
A significant professional experience, between 1 to 3 years, in a similar role in sales administration or after-sales service (SAV), will allow for immediate and effective integration.
Success in this role relies on a strong command of office and management tools. Expected skills include:
- Excellent command of invoicing and sales management software.
- Analytical skills and a keen sense of detail to avoid any data entry errors.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and internal departments.
- Autonomy and the ability to prioritize tasks in a demanding industrial environment.
