Main Activities of the Position:
- Preferred contact person for the network in terms of assistance and advice regarding suspicious transactions,
- Consolidates and processes AML/CFT alerts from the network, other entities of the Bank and the Group,
- Manages and processes information requests from supervisory authorities, and alerts arising from customer transaction monitoring requests,
- Ensures the filtering of the Bank's customers and centralizes sanction lists used for filtering the customer database and Swift messages,
- Reports any notable or significant infringements and any suspicions of money laundering or terrorist financing identified during the monitoring of the Bank's operations to the Head of Compliance and Internal Control,
- Assists the Bank's business lines in managing embargos on operations related to AML/CFT activity,
- Processes information requests from Correspondent Banking or directly from foreign peer banks regarding AML/CFT,
- Monitors the deployment of AML/CFT frameworks within the Bank and ensures their updates...
Cross-functional activities:
- Contributes to the updating of Compliance and Internal Control frameworks,
- Participates in Compliance and Internal Control projects as needed by the entity.
Graduating from a Business School/University with a Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Finance, Audit, Control & Risk Management, you have experience in a similar role, particularly in a Bank.
