Job :
- Greeting and handling customer requests (phone, email, in person);
- Scheduling workshop appointments based on workload, vehicle history, and manufacturer recommendations;
- Coordinating with the parts department for parts reservation;
- Preparing and forwarding appointment files to Service Advisors;
- Confirming appointments, follow-up on satisfaction, and customer campaigns;
- Handling customer complaints according to the instructions of the After-Sales Manager;
- Updating customer files and monitoring performance indicators.
Required profile :
- Good command of languages;
- Previous experience in after-sales service and proficiency in office and CRM tools;
- Active listening and excellent customer service;
- Experience in planning, appointment scheduling, and priority management.
