Reporting to the Recruitment department, your main responsibilities will be:
- Gather and analyze recruitment needs from operational managers.
- Source candidates through job boards, professional social networks, and unsolicited applications.
- Pre-select applications and conduct telephone and in-person interviews.
- Identify and evaluate the technical and behavioral skills of candidates according to job requirements.
- Recruit operational profiles in Facility Management professions: cleaning staff, maintenance technicians, team leaders, supervisors, and other profiles as needed.
- Organize and participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, open days, and on-site recruitment operations.
- Support the opening of new sites and respond to urgent staffing needs.
- Monitor applications, update candidate pools, and recruitment dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure the availability of human resources necessary for the smooth running of the sites.
Required profile :
We are looking for a professional with proven experience in operational recruitment, ideally in the Facility Management or services sector, or in a multi-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in operational recruitment.
- Good knowledge of Facility Management professions, especially in cleaning, maintenance, and supervision.
- Proficiency in sourcing, pre-selection, and interviewing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously and respond to urgent needs.
- Good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, responsiveness, and team spirit.
- Good command of French.
- Availability for regular travel throughout the national territory.
