Job :
As part of the development of its international activities, INGELEC is strengthening its teams and is looking for an Export Officer to join its site based in Casablanca - Aïn Sebaâ.
Main tasks:
- Attached to the relevant teams, you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating export operations, including:
- Ensure administrative and operational follow-up of export operations;
- Prepare, check, and ensure the compliance of export documentation;
- Coordinate operations with freight forwarders, carriers, and various logistics partners;
- Monitor shipments until delivery;
- Manage formalities and operations related to PortNet;
- Ensure compliance with procedures, deadlines, and regulatory requirements related to export operations;
- Ensure smooth communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile :
- Minimum Bac+2 (Associate's degree or equivalent) in International Trade, Logistics, Transport, or a similar field;
- First experience in an Export role, ideally in an industrial environment and/or in African markets;
- Good command of export documentation and procedures;
- Good knowledge of PortNet and transit operations;
- Very good command of French, both written and spoken;
- Proficiency in English is an asset;
- Rigor, organization, responsiveness, and follow-through skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
