Job :

As part of the development of its international activities, INGELEC is strengthening its teams and is looking for an Export Officer to join its site based in Casablanca - Aïn Sebaâ.

Main tasks:

• Attached to the relevant teams, you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating export operations, including:
• Ensure administrative and operational follow-up of export operations;
• Prepare, check, and ensure the compliance of export documentation;
• Coordinate operations with freight forwarders, carriers, and various logistics partners;
• Monitor shipments until delivery;
• Manage formalities and operations related to PortNet;
• Ensure compliance with procedures, deadlines, and regulatory requirements related to export operations;
• Ensure smooth communication with various internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile :

• Minimum Bac+2 (Associate's degree or equivalent) in International Trade, Logistics, Transport, or a similar field;
• First experience in an Export role, ideally in an industrial environment and/or in African markets;
• Good command of export documentation and procedures;
• Good knowledge of PortNet and transit operations;
• Very good command of French, both written and spoken;
• Proficiency in English is an asset;
• Rigor, organization, responsiveness, and follow-through skills;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
