Job :

As part of strengthening our team, we are recruiting a General Services Officer for our site based in Tetouan.

Main tasks:

• Travel management: Assist employees, process requests on the internal portal (Vision/SAP), book flights/hotels, and manage VISA or secondment files.
• Office maintenance: Monitor development work and technical maintenance of buildings (electricity, fire safety, air conditioning) with subcontractors.
• Security & Premises: Ensure infrastructure security (alarms, fire extinguishers) and manage the granting, updating, and destruction of access badges.
• Service provider management: Daily management of security guards, cleaning teams, and various subcontractors.
• Administrative follow-up & Performance: Ensure reconciliation of delivery notes with specifications and update KPI tracking files.
• Compliance with HSE rules: Ensure strict adherence to internal procedures and general safety, hygiene, and environmental instructions.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Education: Bac+2/+3 in finance, management, business, or equivalent.
• Experience: First successful experience in a similar role (desired).
• Qualities: Rigor, organization, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills.

Appreciated skills:

• Excellent analytical skills and sense of priorities.
• High reactivity and initiative.
• Availability to meet the operational constraints of the site.
• A good level of French and English (oral and written).
