In this context, we are recruiting an experienced Accounting Manager to manage accounting operations, ensure the reliability of accounts, and support the company's financial performance.
Job :
Reporting to the relevant department, you will play a key role in supervising the accounting function, the reliability of financial information, and compliance with regulatory obligations.
Your main responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily accounting operations.
Ensure the maintenance, compliance, and reliability of accounts.
Manage monthly and annual accounting closings.
Supervise tax and social security declarations, respecting regulatory deadlines.
Liaise with internal and external auditors and coordinate audit work.
Participate in the preparation of financial reports and dashboards.
Ensure the application of accounting procedures and compliance with current regulations.
Manage, support, and develop the skills of the accounting team.
Required profile :
You have solid accounting expertise, good command of Moroccan tax law, and the ability to lead a team with rigor and autonomy.
Education and experience
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or equivalent.
Proven experience of more than 10 years in accounting, ideally in a structured environment.
Experience in an audit firm is a real asset.
Technical skills
Proficiency in general and analytical accounting.
Good knowledge of Moroccan tax law.
Proficiency in accounting closing processes and financial reporting.
