Mission

Reporting to the relevant Directorate, your mission will be to ensure the monitoring and compliance of SRM Dakhla Oued Dahab's contractual obligations with the Territory Management Group (GCT) and the supervisory authorities, while leading the review and evolution of the Management Contract.

Main responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation and compliance of SRM's contractual obligations with the GCT;
• Ensure the preparation and transmission of periodic reports and documents to the competent authorities;
• Identify and monitor contractual risks and propose appropriate corrective measures;
• Lead the work related to the five-year reviews of the Management Contract;
• Coordinate the preparation and monitoring of contract amendments;
• Approve documents submitted to the General Directorate;
• Prepare the annual report on the execution of the Management Contract;
• Coordinate the various internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual commitments and deadlines;
• Ensure continuous legal and regulatory watch.

Required profile :

Profile sought

• Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally with a dual background in Law & Finance or Law & Management, or an equivalent state-recognized diploma;
• 8 years of professional experience, ideally gained within a public enterprise or institution responsible for public service management, a delegated management structure, or within the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
• Very good command of contract law and public procurement law;
• Good knowledge of the regulatory and institutional environment of delegated public services in Morocco;
• Experience in contractual compliance, Contract Management, legal affairs, or monitoring of public agreements/contracts is a significant asset.
