Plan, organize, and supervise all production activities of the mechanical workshop
Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and productivity goals are met.
Lead, motivate, and develop teams of technicians and mechanics.
Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and current regulations.
Manage human, material, and technical resources necessary for the smooth operation of the activity.
Coordinate operations with different departments (After-Sales, Store, Quality, HR, etc.).
Participate in the development of action plans to optimize workshop costs and performance.
Required profile :
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or a similar field.
Proven experience in managing a mechanical workshop or production unit.
Strong skills in team management and performance monitoring.
Good command of production tracking tools and performance indicators.
Sense of organization, leadership, and results-oriented.
