The Association for the Promotion of Excellence in Education ("APEE"), a non-profit organization recognized as being of public utility, managing the "Mohammed VI High School of Excellence", the "Rabat High School of Excellence" and the "Green Development Careers Training Center (CFMDV)", aims to promote excellence in education for Moroccan students from diverse social backgrounds and to facilitate access to top national and international schools and prestigious universities.

The "Green Development Careers Training Center (CFMDV)" is responsible for training in green development careers and providing training adapted to the industrial ecosystem. It offers three types of training: BTS, continuing, qualifying, and certifying training, as well as programs for trainer training.

Assignment: Green Development Careers Training Center (CFMDV) in Benguerir.

Job :

General Mission:

The IT Development Project Manager is responsible for developing IT solutions adapted to user needs, with the goal of digitizing management processes and optimizing the operational functioning of the various Lydex entities.
He/She is also responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and evolution of IT systems and business applications.

Main Missions:

• Analyze the functional needs of business teams to propose IT solutions adapted to the digital evolution of management processes;
• Develop digital solutions (software) to automate data collection and analysis in order to improve the athletic performance of Lydex student-athletes;
• Design, conceive, develop, and deploy custom management applications according to user requirements;
• Perform validation tests and ensure follow-up on the implementation of developed solutions;
• Participate in the training and support of users on new applications and tools implemented;
• Ensure the integration of new solutions with existing systems;
• Manage hosting, backup, security, and related technical configurations in collaboration with specialized providers;
• Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and propose technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency;
• Ensure the stability and security of the technical infrastructures supporting the applications;
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, ensuring their resolution within the given deadlines;
• Provide technical support to internal users on issues related to information systems, business applications, hardware, and software;
• Keep technical documentation up-to-date regarding incidents, resolutions provided, and support processes;
• Conduct continuous technological watch to integrate new technologies or methodologies that can improve existing solutions.
 

Required profile :

KNOWLEDGE:

• Bac+5 level diploma, preferably in Software Engineering or IT Development.
• Some prior experience in IT development is desirable.

SKILLS:

• Ability to analyze and understand business needs to translate them into technical solutions;
• Good knowledge of project management;
• Strong command of programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, PHP).
• Mastery of web application development tools (HTML/CSS, front-end frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux...) and server environments.
