Job :

As part of strengthening the IT team, Bank Assafa is recruiting several IT Project Managers (IT Development).

With experience in one of the following areas: Core Banking, Risk, Compliance, Digital, Payment Systems Integration CBS, Payment Methods, SWIFT, International, Financing, Finance. Ideally on a core banking system.

Experience in the banking sector is desirable.

Main responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of projects,
- Participate in gathering and defining user needs,
- Involvement in project scoping, testing, and go-live phases,
- Configure solutions, and perform technical and functional administration of CBS modules,
- Plan the execution of studies and product development,
- Manage relationships with product owners, users, and vendors,
- Produce project documentation (Technical and functional specifications, project schedule, project meeting minutes, and other project deliverables)
- Manage requests and incidents, and monitor the resolution of production issues (workarounds, vendor fixes)
- Participate in setting up interfaces with our partners,
- Validate vendor deliverables: specifications, design documents, solutions,
- Organize and lead project and steering committees,
- Develop reports on RUN & Build activity. 

Required profile :

- General Skills:

• Engineering profile (Master's degree - Bac+5) with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in the banking sector,
• Proficiency in Project methodologies, strong oral and written communication skills,

- Technical Knowledge:

• PL/SQL/JAVA programming language.
• Oracle databases,
• Infrastructure knowledge is desirable.
