Join a major player in the Oil / Gas sector as a Project Manager for Development Works. Located in the heart of Casablanca, this position offers you the opportunity to shape large-scale projects within a dynamic and innovative company. Your role will be essential in coordinating and supervising development works. The goal will be to ensure the success of projects, from initiation to completion, by ensuring compliance with budgets, deadlines, and the strictest quality standards. You will be responsible for operational performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include various key tasks:

• Plan and monitor the execution of development projects in their entirety.
• Manage allocated budgets, optimize costs, and provide accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate the various teams and stakeholders on construction sites.
• Ensure that the works comply with current regulations.
• Identify and anticipate potential risks to propose suitable solutions.
• Ensure the quality of the work and the satisfaction of expressed needs.

You will play a central role in the implementation and monitoring of our projects, bringing your technical and managerial expertise.

Required profile :

You hold a degree of level Bac +5 or higher. Specialized training in Project Management, Studies, R&D, or Real Estate / Development will be particularly appreciated.

With experience ranging from 1 to 3 years, you have already demonstrated your ability to successfully manage similar projects. This experience has allowed you to develop a deep understanding of the challenges related to development works.
