As part of the development of its activities, a company operating in the perfumery and cosmetics sector is recruiting an experienced Field Sales Representative, with excellent commercial skills and a strong results orientation.
Job :
YOUR MISSIONS
- Develop the client portfolio and prospect for new business partners.
- Ensure sales visits in the field to clients and prospects.
- Present and promote perfumery and cosmetic products.
- Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on sales.
- Ensure the development of turnover and the achievement of commercial objectives.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer payments.
- Build loyalty with existing customers and identify new development opportunities.
- Ensure competitive intelligence and report relevant market information.
- Prepare regular reports on commercial activity and results achieved.
Required profile :
PROFILE WANTED
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, marketing, management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a field sales role, ideally in the perfumery, cosmetics, or beauty products sector.
- Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and business development.
- Good knowledge of the market and distribution channels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, and results orientation.
- Autonomy, dynamism, rigor, and initiative.
