JOB OFFER - SUPPLIER ACCOUNTANT

We are hiring a Supplier Accountant to join our team.

Main tasks:

Receiving, checking, and entering supplier invoices.
Monitoring payments and managing due dates.
Analyzing and reconciling supplier accounts.
Managing disputes and accounting reconciliations.
Participating in monthly closing processes.

Profile sought:

Training in accounting or management.
Experience in supplier accounting is desired.
Good command of Excel and accounting software.
Rigor, organization, and teamwork spirit.

Type of contract: Permanent (CDI)

Required profile :

A Bac +2 (2-year higher education) degree in management, accounting, or finance is required to master fundamental accounting mechanisms.

Significant professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is expected to be operational quickly within the accounting department.

Rigor, organization, and excellent command of office tools are essential. The following skills are particularly sought after:

• Mastery of accounting software and management tools.
• Solid knowledge of current accounting and tax rules.
• Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective interaction with suppliers.
