Job :
As part of our business development, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Customer Advisors. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, supporting them in their financial projects and offering them solutions tailored to their needs. As a Customer Advisor, you will report directly to the Branch Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and developing a client portfolio (individuals and professionals).
• Identifying client needs and offering them suitable banking products and services (savings, loans, insurance, etc.).
• Building customer loyalty and advising clients.
• Developing commercial activity through prospecting.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current standards.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
• With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent, you are a new graduate or have previous commercial experience, ideally in the financial sector.
• You have good listening skills, are good with people, and have a knack for advising.
• You are dynamic, independent, and a team player.
