Your missions

As an intermediary between clients and our banking partners, you will be responsible for:

1. Prospecting and assisting clients with their credit consolidation requests
2. Identifying needs and analyzing clients' financial situations
3. Carrying out personalized financing simulations
4. Preparing application files and ensuring their follow-up until funds are released
5. Negotiating the best terms with our partner banks
6. Ensuring quality commercial follow-up to build customer loyalty
7. Contacting clients to optimize responses and conversions
8. Achieving and exceeding set sales targets

Required profile :

Profile sought

1. Bachelor's degree to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in commerce, finance, economics, or equivalent
2. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
3. Good interpersonal skills and enjoyment of customer contact, especially by phone
4. Sense of challenge and strong motivation to achieve sales targets
5. Dynamic, rigorous, responsive, and attentive
6. Previous experience in customer relations, telesales, banking, insurance, or call centers is highly valued
