Your missions
As an intermediary between clients and our banking partners, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and assisting clients with their credit consolidation requests
- Identifying needs and analyzing clients' financial situations
- Carrying out personalized financing simulations
- Setting up files and ensuring their follow-up until funds are released
- Negotiating the best terms with our partner banks
- Ensuring quality commercial follow-up to build customer loyalty
- Contacting clients to optimize responses and conversions
- Meeting and exceeding set commercial objectives
Required profile :
Profile sought
- A Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, finance, economics, or equivalent
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Good interpersonal skills and a passion for customer contact, especially by phone
- A competitive spirit and strong motivation to achieve commercial goals
- Dynamism, thoroughness, responsiveness, and good listening skills
- A first experience in customer relations, telesales, banking, insurance, or call centers is highly appreciated
