Job :
Achieve set sales targets, both quantitatively and qualitatively;
Develop and retain a client portfolio, while identifying new commercial opportunities;
Be proactive in driving sales and contributing to business growth;
Ensure product presentations, highlighting their advantages and customer benefits;
Implement actions to improve customer satisfaction and monitor it using performance indicators;
Provide regular reporting and effective communication to the management team.
Obtain and maintain certifications related to the position, in accordance with the brands' standards and requirements.
Required profile :
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a luxury brand;
Developed commercial sense and strong results orientation;
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer satisfaction culture;
Ability to work autonomously and proactively;
Ease in communication and reporting;
