The main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction at every step of the workshop visit while optimizing the operational flow of repairs. This involves maintaining a high level of service quality, encouraging customer loyalty, and actively contributing to the overall performance of the maintenance center.

Daily tasks are varied and require careful organization within sales administration and after-sales service:

• Welcome customers and accurately diagnose their needs when receiving the vehicle.
• Schedule technical work and clearly create repair orders.
• Advise on necessary services and suggest suitable additional services.
• Track the progress of work and regularly inform customers about the status of their service.
• Return the vehicle, explaining the work done to ensure full transparency.

Required profile :

The ideal candidate has a 2-year college degree (Bac+2 level), ideally with a specialization in sales administration or after-sales service.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role within the automotive sector is required to quickly master the job's challenges.
