Position:
HR, career, and internal mobility advice, social dialogue: what if this was your daily life?
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be the first HR contact for both employees and managers.
Your role
• Lay the HR foundations for the site and support each employee, from onboarding to departure
• Grow talents through annual reviews, internal mobility, and talent pools
• Manage disciplinary cases from A to Z and participate in social dialogue
• Become the trusted partner for managers on all their HR matters
Required profile :
This position is for you if
• You have at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) and 4 years of experience in HR
• Labor law, social regulations, and disciplinary procedures hold no secrets for you
• Your French is excellent, both written and spoken
• You are agile and proactive
• Customer-oriented and team player, you have the courage to speak your mind with integrity
