Job :
Carry out financial consulting missions by providing confirmed technical expertise, support clients in their transaction projects and contribute to the development of the firm's activities.
Main activities:
- Financial analysis
- Financial Due Diligence (Seller / Buyer)
- Business Plan Review
- Company valuation
- Financial performance management, measurement and monitoring
Required profile :
You have a higher education background (Generalist Engineer, Business School or University), you have at least 3 years of experience in consulting and organization, management, corporate Finance (Transaction Services, Capital Investment, Private Equity, M&A, Corporate Banking Relationship Manager...), or in business development and/or startup.
