Job :
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures (3 control environments) in financial and accounting areas;
- Conduct operational audits, risk and procedure reviews, and tests for HVAC entities in France within the set deadlines;
- Produce financial reporting for the group;
- Ensure the smooth running of the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process, by supervising accounting activities and controlling Management Control production;
- Ensure strict compliance with group procedures in all cycles: purchasing, sales, production, payroll, disbursements/receipts, etc.;
- Monitor and improve control methods and ensure the application of SOX regulations for its dedicated populations;
- Improve and ensure the smooth running of quarterly account certification processes (SOX 302) and testing (SOX 404) for its scope;
- Ensure the application of new accounting rules within its scope;
- Participate in various company projects with financial impacts.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance or management control;
- Previous experience in internal control is an asset;
- Knowledge of audit, financial control, and SOX methodology;
- In-depth knowledge of French and US GAAP accounting standards;
- Fluent professional English and French;
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, JD Edwards, SAP).
