As part of our development, a drafter position is available to strengthen our technical teams.
The main goal is to produce accurate technical plans, drawings, and diagrams that ensure the perfect execution of projects. The pursuit of graphical excellence, strict adherence to technical standards, and smooth communication with engineers are at the heart of this professional ambition.
On a daily basis, the scope of work involves various and structuring missions for the success of the construction sites:
- Produce all plans, sections, profiles, and technical details, respecting scales and graphical conventions.
- Ensure the constant updating of documents based on technical evolutions and feedback from field teams.
- Utilize technical data (calculation notes, surveys, supplier data) to enrich studies.
- Ensure rigorous document management by following coding rules and file archiving.
- Identify and report any technical inconsistencies to ensure the safety and quality of the structures.
Required profile :
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 or Bac+3) specialized in building design, civil engineering, or public works
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a drafter
- Essential proficiency in Autocad and ease in reading technical plans
- Proven knowledge of civil engineering principles and dimensioning rules
- Expertise in 3D modeling or BIM will be a decisive advantage
- Rigor, attention to detail, and strong organization to meet production deadlines
- Excellent teamwork spirit and ability to adapt to feedback
