As part of the development of our commercial activity, we are recruiting an experienced Construction Sales Director in Agadir to strengthen our field presence and support the growth of our client portfolio in the building and public works sector.

At the heart of a dynamic and highly competitive industrial environment, you will be a key player in the commercial development of your area. A true ambassador for OUARGHA FER, you will be responsible for managing commercial activity, developing sales, and strengthening partnership relations with various stakeholders in the construction sector. Your main mission will be to develop and retain a client portfolio composed of building professionals, construction companies, real estate developers, engineering firms, and distributors, while ensuring an active commercial presence in your geographical area.

As such, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing turnover and ensuring the achievement of set sales objectives;
• Prospecting for new clients and identifying new market opportunities;
• Ensuring the follow-up and retention of the existing client portfolio;
• Promoting the company's entire range of metal products and construction materials;
• Advising clients on technical solutions adapted to their needs;
• Carrying out competitive monitoring and reporting market information;
• Negotiating commercial offers and ensuring the follow-up of orders and payments;
• Coordinating with logistics and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Participating in the monitoring of commercial indicators and reporting to management;
• Leading your team of field sales representatives and contributing to strengthening the brand image of OUARGHA FER.

Required profile :

Holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Sales, Management, Sales Techniques, or equivalent, you have significant experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar role, ideally in the construction sector, construction materials, metallurgy, or industrial distribution. You have excellent knowledge of the Moroccan building and public works market and a strong ability to develop lasting commercial relationships with professional contacts.
