Job :

Reporting to the General Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• To design and implement the Group's industrial operations strategy, from raw material sourcing to customer delivery, particularly concerning:
  • Supply Chain aspect: Purchasing & Sourcing, Planning Management, In-house Production and External Production (Subcontracting), Inventory Management (Raw Materials & Finished Goods), Transport and Customer Shipment Management
  • Technical aspect: Quality (Raw Material & Finished Goods Quality and Quality Assurance System) and Design Office;
• To ensure the management, coordination, and motivation of the teams under your responsibility for smooth and efficient operation;
• To lead optimization projects to reduce costs, improve quality, and shorten production times, while increasing the company's profit margin;
• To make decisions, whether to anticipate needs, manage inventory, or reallocate human resources;
• To act as the interface with suppliers, the Sales Department, or the subcontractor handling the transport of raw materials, finished, or semi-finished goods;
• To constantly monitor: Competitor practices, new technologies to ensure continuous optimization of the time/price/quality ratio for Products and services, and to adapt the strategy accordingly.

Required profile :

With a Master's degree (Engineering Schools), trilingual (Arabic, French, English), and a minimum of 15 years of experience in the industrial sector, the candidate must possess:

• Great industrial and organizational rigor and excellent knowledge of all links in the company's value chain,
• An analytical mindset, ease in handling figures, and mastery of tools and systems for managing industrial operations,
• Human qualities that allow for effective management of large teams and good communication and relationships with the company's internal and external partners
