Job :

• Prepare and manage elevator quotations based on clients requirements and project specifications.
• Analyze technical specifications, drawings, and customer requests.
• Prepare accurate commercial offers, including pricing and technical details.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and other internal teams to collect the required information.
• Review costs, pricing, margins, and commercial conditions.
• Follow up on quotation requests and ensure timely submission.
• Communicate with international customers and stakeholders in English.
• Ensure that quotations comply with customer requirements and company standards.

Required profile :

• Previous experience in elevator quotation / estimation / tendering is required.
• Experience in the elevator or vertical transportation industry is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of elevator technical and commercial requirements.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and other relevant tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
