Job :

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, your main tasks will be:

Payroll Management

• Prepare, control, and ensure the monthly payroll generation for all employees.
• Collect, enter, and control variable payroll elements: bonuses, overtime, absences, leave, advances, deductions, allowances, etc.
• Check pay slips and perform necessary reconciliations before validation.
• Process employee new hires and terminations: hiring, departures, final settlements, changes in status, etc.
• Ensure the reliability and confidentiality of payroll data.
• Respond to employee requests related to their pay and administrative situation.

Employee Administrative Management

• Monitor leave, absences, sick days, and other events related to an employee's status.
• Update administrative files and individual employee data.
• Track employment contracts, certificates, and administrative documents related to employees.
• Participate in monitoring personnel changes and updating HR dashboards.

Social and Tax Declarations

• Prepare and submit social and tax declarations within regulatory deadlines.
• Specifically handle the processing and monitoring of CNSS, AMO, IR declarations, as well as other declarative obligations related to payroll.
• Perform consistency checks between payroll, declarations, and accounting statements.
• Follow up on any audits or requests for information from the relevant social organizations and administrations.

HRIS and Reporting

• Ensure data entry, updates, and controls within the HRIS / payroll software.
• Participate in improving and ensuring the reliability of payroll management processes.
• Produce HR reports and dashboards related to payroll and headcount.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and payroll management tools and procedures.

Required profile :

With a degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Human Resources, Management, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification, you have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in payroll management in Morocco.

You imperatively master:

• Moroccan social and tax regulations applicable to payroll.
• The Moroccan Labor Code.
• Payroll calculation and control mechanisms.
• CNSS, AMO, IR declarations and the main social and tax obligations related to payroll.
• HRIS tools and payroll software.
• Excel and office suite tools.

Experience in the agricultural, agri-food, or industrial sector, or in an environment with a large number of employees, is a significant asset.
