Job :
Manage the production and underwriting of insurance contracts: quotes, pricing, issuance of contracts and endorsements.
Manage claims files, from opening to compensation, ensuring deadlines are met.
Manage group contracts: health, work accidents, car fleet, and multi-risk.
Ensure the compliance of files, data reliability, and the preparation of reports.
Support the distribution network and ensure good coordination with insurers, partners, and clients.
Handle complaints and contribute to improving service quality.
Required profile :
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in commerce, finance, management, or law.
More than 5 years of experience in a similar role within an insurance brokerage firm.
Dual experience in production and claims management required.
Proficiency in car insurance and good knowledge of underwriting and claims procedures.
Good command of Excel and insurance contract management tools.
Rigor, responsiveness, autonomy, organizational skills, and customer focus.
Proficiency in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
