Contribute to the company's performance and profitability by proactively defining people plans and executing the talent strategy. The HRBP balances direct oversight of HR efforts and employee relations with a long-term strategic focus and the implementation of hiring and retention plans to meet business needs and enable people to do their best.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and decision-making, and help execute the business strategy;
• Facilitate business transformation through a change management approach, acting as a trusted advisor and change agent;
• Diagnose and deliver comprehensive talent interventions (quality, diversity, and depth) and plan human resources in relation to business needs - particularly in talent, performance, and change;
• Coordinate with other HR functions (CoE and BSC) to align HR initiatives with the business and provide consistent service.Liaise and engage with internal and external stakeholders on HR-related matters (e.g., unions, social affairs, etc.).
