Job :

Reporting to the Water Resources Department, your missions will include:

• Designing, planning, and implementing projects related to water resources.
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting hydrological, meteorological, and geographical data,
• Conducting in-depth studies for flood protection, including risk analysis, hydraulic modeling, and designing engineering solutions to reduce the impact of floods in vulnerable areas,
• Developing hydrological models to predict trends and the impacts of climate change on water resources,
• Managing and overseeing feasibility studies for drinking water supply, irrigation, drainage, and flood control projects,
• Designing and implementing rainwater and wastewater management systems,
• Writing technical reports, presenting results and recommendations to clients and stakeholders,
   

Required profile :

• Holder of a degree in Hydraulic Engineering from a top engineering school,
• Experience between 0 and 2 years in hydrological and hydraulic studies
• Solid knowledge in:
• Hydrology (HEC-HMS) and/or hydraulics (HEC-RAS 1D/2D)
• Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• Programming (Python)
• Advanced use of GIS tools for spatial data analysis,
• In-depth understanding of environmental policies, regulations, and standards related to water,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for writing technical reports and presenting results,
• Rigor, autonomy, and dynamism,
• Organization, availability, interface management,
• Team spirit.
