Job :
You will be responsible for installing and configuring technical and software components (volume, performance, monitoring, automation) according to production standards. You will also verify the smooth running of applications in a pre-production environment (acceptance testing, tests).
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for skills management;
- Manage schedules;
- Write operating documents;
- Provide application support;
- Operate domain applications;
- Resolve or escalate incidents and handle work requests within service level agreements;
- Ensure production releases (application evolutions and technical updates);
- Be proactive in the continuous improvement process;
- Participate in the role of complex release manager;
- Analyze and propose solutions within the framework of problem management;
- Provide activity reporting and communicate necessary information for support activities;
- Participate in the evolution of operating procedures;
- Promote team autonomy by providing instructions and automating procedures;
- Ensure daily service quality control and propose corrective actions in agreement with the team coordinator;
- Participate in the development and updating of the documentation repository;
- Respect administrative and operational processes.
Working Conditions:
- Standard hours (Business Hours) with possibility of on-call duty and overtime depending on projects and defined deadlines;
- On-site position with possibility of travel and presence at the client's premises.
Required profile :
Entry Profile:
- Education Level: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science;
- Professional Experience: 3 years of experience.
