Joining a leading Moroccan industrial company based in Mohammedia means entering a dynamic environment within a major group. As a warehouse worker, the mission is to manage the entire flow of raw materials, components, and finished products, thereby ensuring the smooth running of production and customer satisfaction.

The main goal is to ensure that items are available at the right time for the workshops while maintaining exemplary rigor in flow management. This involves ensuring perfect alignment between physical stock and recorded data, while strictly adhering to traceability and safety standards within the storage area.

The daily work in the warehouse is marked by various and essential responsibilities:

• receiving deliveries, checking the conformity of goods, and managing control and quarantine areas.
• organizing optimized and labeled storage according to current rules.
• preparing orders for the workshops and ensuring final shipment to customers by validating the conformity of packages.
• carrying out cycle counts and maintaining total reliability of stocks recorded in the ERP.
• ensuring strict compliance with safety instructions and the good condition of equipment and work areas.

Required profile :

A technician or specialized technician training in logistics, stock management, or an equivalent specialization is required to succeed in this role.

Previous experience in a warehouse worker position is desired. Expertise gained in an industrial environment is a significant asset for understanding production requirements.

Operational excellence relies on mastering key skills:

• proficiency in computer tools and stock management software or ERP.
• in-depth knowledge of stock management rules, especially lot traceability.
• ability to operate lifting equipment (or capacity to obtain adequate authorization).
• rigor, organizational skills, and physical ability for lifting loads.
