We are recruiting for our client a Market Lead / Area Lead to manage field operations, commercial animation, and team performance across several premium retail locations.
This role is for an experienced manager capable of managing commercial performance, team development, customer experience, and stakeholder relations.
Main Responsibilities
Management & Leadership
Supervise, support, and develop the skills of Team Leaders and field teams.
Conduct regular visits to points of sale to ensure operational excellence.
Organize performance review meetings and communicate objectives, priorities, and action plans.
Manage team schedules, leaves, discipline, and social compliance.
Commercial Performance
Monitor performance indicators and ensure the achievement of commercial objectives.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
Implement action plans to develop performance and consumer engagement.
Customer Experience
Ensure the quality of customer experience across all touchpoints.
Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Produce qualitative and quantitative reports for management.
Training & Development
Organize training and monitor team development plans.
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth.
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and skill development of new hires.
Operational Management
Oversee merchandising, product availability, and adherence to brand standards.
Coordinate actions with sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
Ensure operations comply with internal procedures and current regulations.
Monitor budgets, purchases, and expenses related to the activity.
Profile Sought
Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Commerce, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
Significant experience in managing multi-site sales teams.
Excellent command of data analysis and KPI management.
Strong results and customer experience orientation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in retail, FMCG, distribution, or a premium environment highly appreciated.
