Job :
• Prevention and medical assistance:
- Supervise medical visits for employees:
Invitations, clinical examinations, updating medical records, assessing employees' physical ability to perform their job (as part of hiring and periodic visits)
- Coordinate the process of managing work-related accidents with the HRBP
- Manage relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, laboratories) - Evaluate working conditions, ergonomics, and health risks through site visits
- Define the annual health prevention plan
- Supervise the deployment of the health prevention plan
- Develop the internal communication plan on public health issues (food hygiene, addictions...)
- Co-chair the Health and Safety committee and supervise the implementation of the resulting action plans
Ensure the implementation of Axa Services Maroc's prevention policy and contribute to the physical and mental health protection of employees in their workplace.
• Management of emergency situations:
- Supervise or handle medical emergencies and needs for early departure of employees - Supervise the management of health crises
• Management of the medical office:
- Oversee the administrative management of the office - Manage the maintenance of medical equipment - Monitor the stock of medicines
• Activity Management:
- Inform ASM operational and functional units about the department's services - Perform activity reporting to the HRBP - Supervise the work of nurses - Manage the skills development of nurses
Required profile :
Reference training:
Diploma in occupational medicine
Professional experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the position
Availability:
40 hours per month (mobile across Rabat Hay Riad, Technopolis, and Kenitra sites)
