Job :

Your daily tasks will include the following missions:

• Work with the Merchandiser Manager, brand teams, and office team to ensure brand sales
• Follow the entire sampling development process (technical file or picking request)
• Organize buyer purchasing trips
• Find negotiation levers if prices are not accepted
• Define production milestones and manage deadlines (OK FIT / OK PROD / fabric and accessory delivery / production launch)
• Obtain all necessary brand approvals (patterns, samples, printing, embroidery, washing, trims, lab tests, etc.)
• Monitor the weekly production schedule and shipment tracking. Propose action plans to anticipate problems and provide solutions with clear and transparent communication.
• Support brands in obtaining short lead times
• Organize regular meetings with brand purchasing and pre-production teams, with the quality team and suppliers to closely follow work in progress, quality, and inspection planning.
• Anticipate and resolve problems, ensuring timely delivery of goods and working with product development teams for trend development and selections.
• Verify and submit shipping and accounting invoices.
• Evaluate new suppliers and ensure the consistency of the supplier panel according to brand needs and expectations (product offering, quality, compliance, price, lead time).
• Be responsible for the proper representation of the company's policy, codes of practice, and work process to ensure that all products are developed/sourced in a socially compliant environment.

Required profile :

Your academic background includes a Bac +4 degree (equivalent to a 4-year university degree) with a specialization in Marketing, Production / Quality / Safety / Maintenance, or a related field. Solid training and in-depth knowledge in the Textile / Leather sector would be a significant asset. Proficiency in computer tools is essential.

Professional experience of 2 to 5 years is required.
