Job :
We are recruiting for a recognized player in the engineering and project management sector an TCE Estimator (All Trades).
Reporting to the Project Management, you will contribute to the technical, administrative, and financial monitoring of construction projects and ensure the coordination of different stakeholders.
Main tasks
- Participate in the development and verification of technical files and tender documents.
- Carry out quantity take-offs and check the quantities for the different trades.
- Prepare and monitor execution files.
- Ensure the monitoring and coordination of TCE works.
- Participate in the management of project stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Check attachments, interim payments, and final accounts.
- Participate in the preparation of progress reports.
- Contribute to processing claims and monitoring requests from different stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
Required profile :
Profile sought
- Bac+2 minimum in Civil Engineering, Estimating, or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally 10 years, in a similar role.
- Good command of TCE estimating and site supervision.
- Good knowledge of tender documents and contractual pieces.
- Proficiency in computer tools and technical software related to the profession.
- Organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Geographical mobility according to project needs.
