Job :
Join a dynamic team in an international environment as a debt collection specialist. This key position places you at the heart of OTC (Order-to-Cash) operations, where your expertise will directly contribute to the financial health and performance of our organization.
The main goal is to ensure efficient conversion of products and services into cash flow by meeting monthly and quarterly targets. This involves rigorous portfolio management while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in managing performance indicators (SLAs), proactively analyzing variances, and implementing corrective solutions to secure collections.
Your daily tasks involve actively managing your portfolio and optimizing internal processes:
- Ensure collection and forecast of receivables through effective communication with external clients and internal departments.
- Conduct account analysis and payment behaviors to anticipate risks.
- Perform gap analysis on final debt and identify root causes of non-payment.
- Act as support for the team leader and participate in training new hires.
- Maintain full compliance with ethical and financial rules while managing disputes agilely.
Required profile :
A university-level education is desired to handle complex challenges related to the contract lifecycle and collection management.
A professional experience of at least 2 years in an OTC environment is required, with a thorough understanding of the risks associated with contract management and billing.
To succeed in this role, fluent French and English are essential, as is a results-oriented approach. Your key skills include:
