Job :

• Organize and manage the physical phases of the project, deploy and manage project dashboards,
• Organize the preparation of each phase in line with the roadmap,
• Verify the quality of planning in the trades, and guide them, if necessary, in implementing preventive or corrective action plans,
• Structure the project work phases,
• Implement phase management rituals,
• Prepare planning/quality grid deliverables for each milestone in line with its activities,
• Establish detailed planning for prototype means, ensure its update, and manage their production, until their delivery to user customers, from the first mules to the series vehicles,
• Is responsible for the convergence of prototype budgets at each project phase, and ensures their compliance,
• Order shuttle vehicles for SRUB & pre-VRS (OCVS, OF, Shipping Order... orders),
• Participate in the review sessions of Means Descriptions (DM) and is responsible for meeting objectives on the project's vehicle fleets,
• Participate in "Project" rituals requiring involvement and/or added value in Planning,
• Apply project management standards and propose lessons learned for continuous improvement,
• Establish detailed planning for physical validation means, ensure its update, and manage their production, until their delivery to user customers, from the first validation means to series vehicles,
• Organize KPIs / reporting and ensure the update of all dashboards,
• Prepare deliverables for each DAPF Business Area milestone/technical review in line with its activities.

Required profile :

Bac+5 degree (engineering school or university) in Industrial field,

Technical knowledge:

• Knowledge of automotive design phases,
• Project management fundamentals,
• Very good level of communication in French.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Automotive products.
• Good command of EXCEL.
• Proficiency in English is a plus
