The main goal is to ensure total control of safety and hygiene standards on site. This involves being the daily guarantor of the conformity of services, ensuring constant vigilance to prevent any risks and maintain impeccable quality for operational performance.

The daily mission involves concrete actions on the ground:

• Supervise cleaning services directly in the intervention areas.
• Ensure strict application of hygiene, safety rules, and all HSE procedures.
• Audit the conformity and quality of work performed by the teams.
• Detect anomalies, analyze causes, and formulate appropriate corrective action plans.
• Lead awareness sessions on good professional practices.
• Manage regular reporting to management to ensure a clear view of the activity.

Required profile :

A specialized diploma in Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is the necessary academic foundation to master the challenges of the position.

Prior professional experience in the food industry is highly desirable to quickly understand the specifics and regulatory requirements of the field.

Success in this role relies on a field-oriented personality, combining rigor, organization, and a high capacity for reactivity in the face of the unexpected.
