Job :
Your responsibilities:
CNC Programming: Create and optimize 5-axis programs using Mastercam.
Machining Strategy: Define the best strategies for the specific needs of composite materials.
On-site Fine-tuning: Be present in the workshop for debugging, adjusting programs, and validating on the machine.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze production deviations and optimize cycles (quality, precision, time).
Required profile :
You have a degree at the Bachelor's degree level.
Professional experience of 3 to 10 years is required. Significant experience in Mastercam programming is essential.
The skills sought for this position are:
- Deep mastery of the Mastercam software.
- Strong knowledge of methods / processes / industrialization, production / quality / safety / maintenance.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
- Excellent understanding of machining processes and materials.
- Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and teamwork are also essential.
